The Cherry Coffee Pulper PA-DCC/3 was developed to guarantee the quality of Cherry and Green Coffee, as well as saving up to 30% in processing costs and a reduction of up to 40% in Cherry Coffee removal of the pulp.
Freshly harvested Cherry and Green Cafés, washed and already separated in Mechanical Washers, are transported immediately to the Cherry Coffee Pulper, which in the same operation separates the Green Grains and Despolves the Cherry Grains.
Discharged Cherry Grains are sent to the demucilager (optional) and then to the yard, where they will be conducted with differentiated techniques; and the Green Grains go directly to the yard.
The Cherry Coffee Pulper PA-DCC/3, comes with a mechanical separator of Greens and conical conical dispenser of the already depleted grains to improve the removal of the barks.
