A Palini & Alves foi destaque de capa na Revista “African Fine Coffees Review Magazine” que circula nos meses de julho a setembro de 2018. A publicação é especializada no mercado cafeeiro africano e divulgada pela African Fine Coffees Association (AFCA), referência em cafés especiais na África desde o ano 2000, com mais de 12 países membros ativos na associação.
O destaque da capa foi o trader da Palini & Alves, Sylvio Padilha, que vem desenvolvendo importante papel na região. Sylvio também teve a oportunidade de representar a empresa na 16ª Conferência e Exposição da Associação Africana de Cafés Especiais, que foi realizada em fevereiro deste ano, em Kampala, Uganda.
Durante o evento, além de apresentar as soluções Palini & Alves para os presentes na Conferência, Sylvio realizou a palestra de encerramento do evento, falando sobre iniciativas e inovações tecnológicas disseminadas pelo Incaper, e que transformaram a produção de café Conilon no Espírito Santo em referência mundial. Ele também abordou o crescimento da cafeicultura em Rondônia, com destaque ao trabalho realizado pela Embrapa Café e Emater naquele estado.
Em sua entrevista para a “African Fine Coffees Review Magazine”, Sylvio ressaltou o comprometimento da Palini & Alves com a inovação e soluções que buscam a sustentabilidade no processamento de café. Como exemplo, citou os Despolpadores EcoZero Palini & Alves, os únicos do mercado que realmente não usam água no despolpamento do café.
Também chamou a atenção do público o projeto da empresa Palini & Alves instalado na Fazenda Pinheiros, pertencente ao Grupo Sete Cachoeiras Estate Coffee, que é o mais inovador projeto de máquinas para o processamento de café em via úmida do mundo, com capacidade de processamento de 40.000 litros/hora e movido a energia solar.
Para Sylvio Padilha, o intercâmbio com outros países é peça-chave: “Acreditamos que para inovar constantemente, temos que estar atentos ao que acontece no mundo do café. A África é o berço do café, com países e culturas bem diferentes, mas a linguagem do café é única”.
Carlos Henrique Palini, Diretor da Palini & Alves, ressalta que a empresa busca aumentar sua presença global. “Ações como esta, que realizamos na África, tem por objetivo demonstrar nossas soluções no processamento de café para outros mercados. Esse intercâmbio, a busca por inovação constante, é o que nos move”, afirma Carlos Henrique.

PALINI & ALVES FEATURED ON THE COVER OF THE AFRICAN ASSOCIATION MAGAZINE OF SPECIAL CAFÉS - AFCA
Palini & Alves was featured in the "African Fine Coffees Review Magazine" for July -September 2018 quarter. The publication specializes in the African coffee market and is published by the African Fine Coffees Association (AFCA), a reference in specialty coffees in Africa since the year 2000, with more than 12 member countries active in the association.
The highlight of the cover was the Palini & Alves trader, Sylvio Padilha, who has been developing an important role in the region. Sylvio also had the opportunity to represent the company at the 16th African Fine Coffee Conference & Exhibition, held in February this year in Kampala, Uganda.
During the event, in addition to presenting the Palini & Alves solutions for those present at the Conference, Sylvio held the closing lecture of the event. He spoke about initiatives and technological innovations disseminated by Incaper (State’s Research and Extension Service Institute), which turned Robusta coffee production in the state of Espírito Santo (Brazil) into a world reference. He also addressed the growth of coffee growing in the state of Rondônia (Amazon region of Brazil), highlighting the work carried out by Embrapa Café and Emater (State’s Extension Service Institute) in the region.
In his interview for the African Fine Coffees Review Magazine, Sylvio highlighted Palini & Alves' commitment to innovation and solutions that seek sustainability in coffee processing. As an example, he cited the Palini & Alves EcoZero Ecological Pulper, the only one in the market that do not really use water in the coffee pulping.
What also caught the attention of the public is the Palini & Alves project installed in Fazenda Pinheiros (Minas Gerais, Brazil), belonging to the Grupo Sete Cachoeiras Estate Coffee, which is the most innovative machine plant for washed coffee in the world, with capacity of processing 40,000 liters / hour, and exclusively powered by solar energy.
To Sylvio Padilha, the technical exchange with other countries is fundamental: "We believe that in order to innovate constantly, we have to be attentive to what happens in the world of coffee. Africa is the birthplace of coffee, with very different countries and cultures, but the coffee language is unique".
Carlos Henrique Palini, Director of Palini & Alves, points out that the company seeks to increase its global presence. "Actions like this, which we carry out in Africa, aim to demonstrate our solutions in coffee processing to other markets.
